My uncle has tds deducted 67k on FY 2020-21. Income tax was filed for the year on before the due date with full tds refund claim, but forgot to eVerify. Now how can it eVerify? What is the time limit for eVerify? What penalty is chargeable if it will eVerify with refund?

If it speedpost the time limit was expired because it's more than 2 years already

For Verification of the ITR the time limit is maximum 120 days as per above said FY.
If it's not verified then the return is invalid return. So, Not possible to get refund against the filing of ITR.

It's advisable not to wait . But to complete the process once filing us completed.
