E-verification of itr through aadhar otp

Since today afternoon, Aadhar based E-verification of ITR is not showing on income tax website.

No, as per Apex court directives, it may be permanently disabled........

Try other options.....

Aadhar data got hacked in March month and some citizen's profiles with bank accounts details, with mobile nos. etc. were available on net (may be for some payment); hence the change. Now we are even allowed to delink our bank/demate accounts from Aadhar......

So, We will send the ITR-V to CPC except any other Online e-veryfy...

No. Don't give up other options like net banking, Bank/demate account prevalidation, ATM etc.... They are instant and sure shot !!!

While physical processing of ITRV is very risky and time consuming!!

Aadhaar OTP was working on Saturday 21 July. Why sudden change?

Even government agencies like CPC get jerks in between?
