wheter e verification of itr is mandatory ???or one can verify its itr by sending hard copy of form-v ???

But, The time limit is just 30days from date of filing...

E verification is not mandatory as of now.
So you can send the hard copy by post.
You can use EVC if aadhaar OTP is not working. You can also do e verification through net banking

Sir, I was trying to get EVC from an ATM , but all efforts went in vain .........
You can send IT ack by post.
