my client has filed it return today for ay 19-20.but while doing e verification the Mobile was not updated with aadhar. shall he do later on

Yes. you can do it within 120 days of filing ITR

Yes, You can do e-verification at any time within a 120 days from date of filing IT return.

You must send the ITR5 duly signed thr' speed post to the CPC, Bangalore within 120 days from the date of submission of ITR.

Yes, you can do it with EVC through bank account also ( verify your bank account first ) within 120 days
