first u download a software for etds which anable to create fuv.exe file (for efilling this extention file is required by tin facility centers) than copy this fuv.exe file in a cd and take a print of 27Q form and sing with authorised person on this form and deposits it in to tin-facility center (as an software u can take singhani etdsfilling software which is free with book)
