its the simplest form i got, select your form which u want and fill the data validate and get ur file to be uploaded, 

its upto you what u want to do with the software

read the attached file, i m unable to understand your loaded image as the RPU 2.2 does not have any such screen

wherefrom you got RPU3.0? as its not a TDS but AIR reporting

I think the immage you attached is of FVU.. This is file validation utility.

RPU internally uses FVU. So if you are using RPU there is no need to use FVU again.

But today when I checked NSDL site there is

e-TDS/TCS RPU (ver 2.2)

e-TDS/TCS FVU.exe (Version 3.2)  

but  RPU 2.2 uses FVU 3.0... They have not udpaded RPU. So we have to wait for new RPU. :(
