Dear Team,
As you know, e-Sugam Form (Transit Pass) made mandatory in Karnataka state for all Material Movement, exit or enter into the state and e-Sugam can generate only by registered dealer.
If any Software company in Bangalore want to purchase material from other state (Say Tamilnadu) and they are not registered with sales tax department, as they are in service industry.
What is procedure to get material from outside karnataka in line with above case.
If anyone makes quick reply on this, which will highly appreciated.
