Whether e-invoicing is applicable on supplier having turnover of Rs 5 Cr or more w.e.f. 01-04-2021?

From 1-1-2021, Government has mandated e-invoicing for the taxpayers with aggregate turnover exceeding Rs. 100 Cr. (in any preceding financial year from 2017-18 onwards).
Right now there is no notification to this effect. So presently it won't be applicable
