E INVOICING in gst
Any company on which e invoicing is applicable, can sell to unregistered person in Gst, without e invoice

Yes if turnover below 500 cr then no need to generate e invoice for B2c transaction
For B2C transactions, no e-invoice is required even if provisions of e-invoice is applicable to the company.
E-invoicing not applicable for b2c transactions
Yes E-Invoice under GST is not applicable for unregistered persons
Yes E-Invoice under GST is not required if you are selling to an unregistered party
