The government is planning to implement E-Invoicing for all B2B transactions from April 01, 2021.

No E-invoicing is not applicable of all B2B supplies from 1st April 2021. The same have not been notified yet.
No as per recent GST notification 5/2021 E-invoicing is mandatory only for those companies whose turnover is more than 50crores from April 2021
