How to do e-invoicing in case of 70:30 concept if both service and good included in same bill?

You do not need to split your invoice. Simply include all items (goods with HSN codes and services with SAC codes) in a single invoice, correctly classify the bundle as either "Composite" or "Mixed" to determine the applicable tax rate, and generate one IRN for the entire document via the IRP.
