We are having a turnover of more than Rs 50. But due to oversight we have not generated e invoice from 1 April, We will started it from 1 June. How can we generate E invoice of April and may month now .
we already filled GSTR 1 for the month of April and May 21.
Kindly guide what we can do now

You can and should generate the missing e-invoices for April and May immediately. Since GSTR-1 for those periods is already filed, these IRNs will not auto-populate into your past returns, but generating them is mandatory for compliance and audit readiness.
