Sir One of My Client Doing Civil Construction Work With Governament and His Turnover Crossed 50 Crs for Previous Year, Whether My Client Need Raise E Invoice to Governament From 1-4-2021. Pls Clarify Me.

Yes, e-invoicing would be applicable from 1st April 2021, in your case.
