E-Form alteration

MCA has come up with form if any applicant wants changes in the Form 1 as alraedy filed and the form had been approved by the ROC.Kindly check the MCA site.

In your case you can approach roc and request the officials to put your form in re-submision mode so that you can appropriately make the changes as you want.

Yes, MCA has come up with form 68 for rectification of mistakes

This e form can be filed for rectification of certain mistakes made while filing form 1A, 1 in selecting typ-e or category or subcategory of the proposed company or in entering name or country where the company is registered or type of office in e form 44 respectively.

Rectification in form 1A is allowed only in case form 1 has been filed in respect of the same and the company has not yet been incorporated.

Rectification of mistakes is allowed only once in respect of one company.

Filing of this form shall not be allowed in case there is any other form 68 is pending ofr payment of fee or under processing in respect of the original form.
