The new e-form 32 has an additional verification, does a private company need to attach a seperate declaration stating the same.
If yes, Can I put this as a part of the consent letter, or can anyone provide me with the format.

Consent to act as director is not required in case of a private company. However a declaration in writing from the director that he is not disqualified under the Companies Act, 1956 is to be obtained on the basis of which the company will verify the declaration as required in Form 32. However there is no need to attach the declaration of the director.
