In the e-Form 20B, under the Point No.III - Equity Share capital break-up, we give the % of shareholding held by the equity shareholders....... However, after this, there is a field "Total No of Shareholders"
Please clarify whether we are required to give only the No. of Equity shareholders.......or that of the preference shareholders also.....will it be sufficient to give the no. of equity shareholders, and to enclose the list of preference & equity shareholders?
In Form 20B point no III we need to give only the equity shareholders break up, no need to mention the preference shares . You can attach the List of Shareholders in which both equity and preference shareholder can be made and attach along with annual return
