Dear Reena,
1) E- Filing will not create any problem for Refund
2) If no details of TDS is mentioned in respect of Perquisites then u need to ask the employer to give the revised TDS certificate
Actually there is a separate form in relation to Details of perquisites which the employer has provided to the Employee(Pls find the Form Attached)
3) Yes PAN based jurisdiction is used to mention AO details.
