1.] IS THERE ANY PROBLEM REGARDING REFUNDS WHILE RETURN IS FILED ELECTRONICALLY. PHYSICAL FILING IS BETTER THAN E FILING FROM REFUND POINT OF VIEW.
..............REFUND IS MAILED OR ANY EFFORTS TO BE MADE TO AVAIL?
2] FORM 16 DOES NOT CONTAIN PAYMENT DETAILS REGARDING TAX ON PERQUISITE DEPOSITED BY EMPLOYER.
....IS IT MENTIONED AS OTHER TDS DETAILS OR IN ANY OTHER WAY.?
3] PAN BASED JURISDICTION IS USED TO MENTION AO DETAILS.

Dear Reena,
1) E- Filing will not create any problem for Refund
2) If no details of TDS is mentioned in respect of Perquisites then u need to ask the employer to give the revised TDS certificate
Actually there is a separate form in relation to Details of perquisites which the employer has provided to the Employee(Pls find the Form Attached)
3) Yes PAN based jurisdiction is used to mention AO details.
