actually all these are with old CA, and he forgot all the things..

You can reset the password using the previous year E-Filing acknowledgement number.
click forgot passwrd. Then type the previous yr's ITR ack No. Then type the new Passwrd.
Exactly No need to worry...
You should have e-filling acknowledgementnumber of previous return..
Click Forgot Password and enter the Acknowledgement numbers ....and u can reset it...

AND THEY GONNA ASK U SOME SECRET QUESTIONS AND ASKD U 2 MAIL JUST FOLLOW THE SAME U VL GOT THE SOLUTION.
AND RAHI BAAT KI EARLIER CA BHOOL GAYA TO AISA NAHI HOTA THEY USUALLY DOESN'T GIVE IT ITS LIKE VERY NORMAL.

Ack no is the e-filing ack no which u wud ve got when filing income tax return for the prev yr.
