E-filing of ITR 1

I have furnished my ITR1 and could not e-file it due to the expiry of adhaar OTP.Then again I furnished the fresh ITR1 and again try to e-file it.But the Portal rejected it stating that u/s 139 (1) only one ITR should be filed and retry after changing the section.what is the meaning of this? How can I e- file my ITR1 again?

If you already filed your return than there is no need to file it again.
You just have to e-verify your return which is already filed by you through "e-verify" tab
