There are two types of errors relating to Name :
Offline mode ( Name mismatch as per offline data and e filing portal)
Online mode ( Only first name exist in PAN but last name mandatory for ITR Filing)
Any body come across this errors ?

Show first name in last name
It will display validation error as name mismatch
Where you are checking it
All possible experiments are done and finally changed the name through PAN correction online
But where you are using that PAN ???
PAN will be used IT portal..We generally use for ITR Filing
So you have login ID for that PAN
Both errors will be while filing ITR
How is it possible , file online ITR and check correct details in name of assessee
You need little practical knowledge..You didn't understand the question
