But after receiving the letter from incometax i try to submit incometax returns for those year and its shown that the due date is over. Now what i have to do with the compliance link and how can i submit my returns. please help me by giving right suggestion and the right procedure to e- file.

no way to file such returns

but you may contact to your income tax officer

Since you have received a notice from IT department, you will have the section number in the notice in response to which you are supposed to file your return. So you can try filing return for the relevant year in response to such section.

You can file the return but you have to pay interest u/s 234 a and 234b & 234c if advance tax applicable ...u can file return
For a.y year 11-12 &12-13 u have to file manually u cant file online
The CBDT has notified vide notification no. 36/2011 dated 23/06/2011 the scheme for salaried taxpayers exempting to filing the income tax return for those whose income is below 5 lakh subject to some other conditions. i.e. tds has been deducted, pan no has been mentioned to employer etc. Hence the assessee didn't file the return.
Yes u can file return manually with covering letter referring reply to specific notice and the section no. given in the notice under which letter is issued. Because department will give you stamp only on that letter and not on acknowledgement. E filing after one year from end of A.Y. not possible.

That message was sent to most of the salaried people who have not filed the returns for the AY 2011-12 and 2012-13. It was CPC system generated message and was not issued as a notice. No section or due date was mentioned in that message. In that case what to do?

There is no need to file return for a individual whose 1. Income from salary less then 5lakhs and tds deducted thereon and, 2. Income only by way of interest from savings bank account not more than 10000. If other income also earned in excess of above then the filling of return becomes mandatory for the individual
