i wanted to efile the return for the F.Y 10-11 now as the assesse a salried employee retired some time during the financial year and forgot to to file in due course.
The tax has been fully deduted and paid in time and he has to get only a small refund.
when i attempted to efile the xml file is created but could not be uploaded as the website rejected saying "contact system administrator (DIT)"
In such cases the very purpose of efiling etc is defeated as no usful purpose is served by directing to revert toold system of physically contacting the officials for no reasons.
This appears to be a software problem.
