it will check Principle's actions as well  whether they are providing sufficient training or they make their articles do monotonous work..............m at the same client since last one year and tired of doing same work ..........no advancement  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sir , i dont know in detail about this . this is recently printed in presidents message march 2011. but i think it would be online articleship training diary system to be filled by PRICIPLE

As far as e-diary system is concerned i am not much aware about it but after reading your post especially

-It will facilitate us to analyse and ascertain the direction in which the profession is moving and the nature of services which are being provided by our members to our students, apart from monitoring students and curb dummy training. 

In my view the effort of the icai will remain ineffective as far as their is mutual understanding b/w the principle and the dummy article...

no matter whatever be the systems & rules... always it will be the most violated.... whatever be the systems the CAs in practise gonna give a damn for it... As usual articles will be exploited. They ll be made to work most of the nights & after the completion they are gonna be asked to compensate for the casual leave taken......

Bloody hell our system is... Everything is just for an eye wash... Law makers are law breakers
