I Started Selling My Product on E-commerce Website. Problem I Am Facing is that How to Do the Invoice Entry in generate Invoice in my Accounts books Which We have sold the goods through commerce Webite.when any order come the pick up man come with a bill from e commerce company where mention seller :my company/firm name & Buyer Name :actual Buyer &

there is no need of my generated invoice they pick up the goods & deliver to destination

please tell me how i generate Sale invoice

Buyer Name ?

Tax ? Central Or Local ( as My office at DElhi & E commerce office in Noida/gurgoan )

Yes, its a crucial question to have at this point...

Till I know as below site would be following,

paytm coupons, paytm add money offer, paytm coupnons 2016, paytm wallet offers

you should get data from the e-commerce company regarding whom they sale the product and then you should do accounting , you can also contact the e-comm. company as they would have hundreds of sellers and they would have consultant too,

Now every big Ecommerce sites like Flipkart or Amazon gives complete accuting details to its merchant. So merchants does not have to worry about accountings.

I think this is better for the customer because they will get invoice along with the bill which would be proof of products. Suppose you bought an android phone and it got damaged after some week, if you have the invoice with the bill then you could claim for repair or change the phone but if you don't have any invoice no. Then it will not be possible to return to getting free service from a service provider

To print an invoice: Go to Your Orders. Click Invoice, next to the particular order. Invoice links are displayed for each eligible shipment within your order. Locate and click the Invoice link pertaining to the product, pricelist or shipment for which you would like to print the invoice.

Online Shopping Sites in India Like Flipkart, Following a starnd strucuture to send invoices. Where as, for Amazon India it differnt. Detailed invoice you caan find in th bill itself.
