I am going to start an e commerce website with a new model.
so i am confused regarding gst. How and in which category would it fell. Would i get ITC or not, if yes then how.
the plan is firstly to buy bulk qty from factory or wholesalers and sell to customers. I will buy when i will get minimum qt orders. Until then i will just collect the orders online. I will buy full tax paid products on proper bill with my gst number on it and sell with proper bill.
So, in what category of gst registration would i fell. E commerce owner or seller.
secondly, would i get ITC on gst paid or not and how?
