what is the gst rules regarding the person who is providing an app for services to many operators like,i.e; oyo app itself, ibibo app. these app provide services to many businesses, so the gst rules regarding these apps ?

On receipt of your services charges it attracts GST

The service charges received are taxable under GST. Credit of goods and services used for business such as software, maintenance, servers, etc.

If you're taxable value crossing 20 lakes you have to pay tax on the same

You may have to take registration (section 24), comply with TCS provisions, pay GST on your commission. If you are covered by 17/2017-CT(R) then you will have to pay GST liability as a supplier.
