I m already registered in gst as voluntary but from the last month I started e commerce business via Flipkart . is it compulsory to take separate registration under gst???????

NO,..... NO NEED TO TAKE SEPARATE REGISTRATION
There is no need of separate Gst registration, you can add or ammend the new business in your existing gst registration.
