We are gettig into e-commerce business and it will include export also. I just want to know the legal formalities realted to it. I am also confused in chosing the payment gateway i.e., either to go with Bank or other intermediaries like CC Avenue, Pay Pal,etc. What are the legal formalities we have to fulfill regarding export of goods.
