This is first sales tax return to be filled in july so help needed
FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE
Can i adjust my tax paid on local purchase tax of Rs2300 against cst sales made against c form , tax collected against c form is Rs2100/- ??
Furthur can i claim the refund or can it be adjusted in next month sales tax claculation

Also you can adjust Dvat paid against CSt provided you have bills, since input can be claimed on opening stock held during vat registration, provided it is paid by by you through bills

there was no opening stock , only local purchase was made in the quarter for which tax invoice has been issued .
Secondly , the cst sale made against C Form , when will the party issue us the C form, and is it reqd to be deposited with the deptt??

2. C forms are to be submitted online with the Delhi Dept. the party will issue it quarterly after the end of each quarter
