Hi , I confused in fill dvat form 09 for apply dvat tin cancellation , I want know about CDI report option during fill online , what is CDI Report ? , plz tell me

Dear Darshan,
I think you are filing wrong form, you are filing Form 9 Instead of DVAT 9,
for cancellation of registration DVAT 09 available under Profle tab in your login portal
