We are Merchant Exporter. We are making export for the first time. Request you to help us in below doubt.
We will obtain CT1 from our CE to procure material from Manufacturer. So that supplier will not charge any duty on us. But whether duty on export (Which we show in ARE1) should be paid to Central Excise or it is forgone. (We do not have LUT)

But there is a rebate claim procedure if you do not have LUT .
If you do not have LUT than you need to pay duty under ARE 1 and apply for rebate.
If you do not have LUT than you need to pay duty under ARE 1 and apply for rebate.
