Hi,
We are importing a RM (raw material)from africa for one of our products under duty drawback scheme.
We usually re-export the end product and claim duty drawback but now we are planning to sell it to an Indian customer who will do value addition to the product from his side and re-export.
My query is ,is it possible for us to claim duty drawback on the sales made to this indian customer??

No no it is not possible that you supply within india and claim duty draw back.
