Duty drawback
Hi Experts, please clarify me can a manufacturing company claim dutydraw back on sample export sale.
If yes, please quote the provision under which law.

You cannot claim duty drawback on sample exports as you will not be receiving any consideration for samples and you cannot even submit realisation forms to DGFT
But the company is receiving consideration for the sample sales.
