Duplicate share certificate

Secondary Mkt 748 views 2 replies

I had lost 250 shares of SBI which were forged by someone. I immediately reported to the company and followed the procedure for issue of duplicate shares.
But as the shares were purchased by some other buyer, SBI dint issue me the Duplicate Share certificate because the buyer has filed an appeal against the company (SBI).
Can anyone tell me the law regarding the situation, the section, any decided case law and what procedure shall be followed by me on order to get the shares back?

Thanks

step 1 :-  File and FIR against that person

step 2 :- STOP TRANSFER AND STOP THE BENIFITES THAT WILL AROSE FROM THOSE SHARES

STEP 3 :- FILE A COMPLAINT IN COURT + SEBI  ( SCORES )

IT WILL TAKE YEARS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ( JUST do one thing communicate with the company and write letters reply to the company , dont leave the matters )

Thanku so much sir. But the person who purchased the shares in good faith say 'buyer' has filed a writ in bombay high court against the company (SBI) demanding the shares from the company. And the HC has appointed a receiver. What shall be done in that case.? Which route shall in go to get the shares as early as possible.?
