Dummy Complaint email ids: Open for misuse

Our intitute sorry members' insitute has come with 2 email ids for complaining about coaching classes and dummy articles. But i feel they will be misused. Some of the cases are:

a) Suppose there are 2-3 top fiercely competitive coaching classes in Mumbai A,B and C. A uses a fake email id and emails icai about B that it runs classes dring noon(every classes that). ICai raids the place and the coaching classes' name gets maligned even though they may not be caught red-handed.

b) ICAI officials or those raiding extorting or taking haftaa from leading coachingwales.(i think this has been going on for long time).

c) There are 2 students X and Y. Suppose both are having exams this November. Suppose Y wants to harass X or wants to disturb X's preparation. He emails to icai that X is dummy and ICAI phones/taunts/threatens X and asks for his bank statement,work diary. It is a well known fact that majority doen't maintain work diary.

X is a genuine student(=bechara,exploited student). Now he will be tensed. Exams are in Nov and he has just been arguing with his principal for a 4 MOTNH leave. So CA will haggle while signing Work report for him before submission for icai( it might expose his exploitation of poor students). Next thing is that our icai doesn't care a DAMN FOR STUDENTS and everything related to students move AT SNAIL'S PACE.it will take minimum 3 months for ICAI to finally announce its verdict on X (he is declared innocent and "genuine"). But by that time the STRESS and TIME WASTE will have very bad effect on his exam prep and he will not be able to study properly evn during the 3 months he gets as leave.

4) Most of the top CAs are involved in dummy articleship. Their children will not be called dummy as they will use their influence to bail them out. If any CA want; they can prove their wards; client's wards to be genuine. Plus the icai rules are very tedious and bendable(only by members of course).

Satyam fraud wales mein to kuch nahi huaa. Abhi bhi kuch nahi hogaa.

Regarding misuse of Email ID

If you are business woman or a woman or a girl is servicing in a company, office you should not be use personal email ID. There is lot of example for misuse of Email ID.

You should use company email ID.

There is lot of example ROMIO persons are sends an email to woman or girls in bad language.

ICAI does not take cognizance of any email / complaint unless backed with a available of possible evidence.. if its goin to be like ICAI taking action for each and every e-mail, ICAI will have to do this only leaving other tasks aside.. SO only cases where evidence is available of atleast there is a possibility of evidence, ICAI will consider it..

so bhaiya, what sort of evidences can a whistleblower send to ICAI. A photograph or autograph of dummy. hahahahah

Funny thing is that every sorts of magazines issued by icai; we see CAs or icai official behaving like uncivilised lot to crampt so that their photo comes in the magazine. have u noticed sometimes some of the photos are digitically enhanced(shar iskaa; dharr dosrey kaa).

Hadd to tab ho gayee; jab in recent student's newletter; they have published photo of the wife of Uttam agarwal getting bouquet. She is not related to ICAI and what has she got to feature in our magazne(students) just she is the wife of that bloodsucker of genuine students(treated as cattle or bonded laboureres)

Our present prez. uses magazines for self publicity. Hamne students ki liye yeh kiyaa hain;woh kiyaa. He lies even more than Lallooo in his railway project. Atleast railways to kuch sudhar aaee hain. Hamare yaani students ka life has become worst since he has become president. No transfer; what does that mean?Why not invite lalloo to become our president. hahahahaha

And another breaking news: a leading coaching institute paid 15000 rs to a icai raiding party to keep their mouth shut.(sorry; i can't give more info than this)

Good. I appreciate this move. This can be used against members themselves if they threaten the geniune articles.This may come as relief to many students

They wont ask for proof and issue notice in case of students. But against members; there is no such email id for comlaints for misbehaveour and it will be onus on us to send proof initially(so that they can device plan to bail out principal). Bring in India TV; and they will expose icai's exploitation of students

I think this is the 4th joke of institute

1. Removing articleship after P2 and putting after CPT

2. IPCC rule which tell only to clear 1 group before articleship

3. Restriction on transfer of articles

4. E mail ID for misuse

Amol must have worked hard to become a CA....and he has had good luck to pass exams before UPA came in power...so Amol, good luck but that does not mean you forget that human beings were apes some day and CAs were article assistants...now laugh on this!!!!!!

Thanks Ram Rahim for giving a fitting reply to this dude. He deserved it.

Do you know what our headmaster says about some highhanded CAs (esps in ICAI as well as outside say): They all have become CA and wanna block the further students to become CA.... you see more competition. Mein to ho gaya;doosrey nahin honaa chahiyee.

But laws of the almighty have proved it time and again "One falls in the pit he/she digs for others". Same with ICAI president(current). He knows he is getting inpopular day by day. So much frightened he is that he has to state "mein toh tumhare liye chand taare ko todke lekar aaraha hoon" in student's newsletter. He has to print yesterday's letter in icai.org. Even had his wife's photo printed in newsletter ; to get sympathy maybe(i don't see other reason; she is not Deepika P. and nor a CA)

Well Jose,

I have nothing against the photos in the student's magazine....everyone does that...it is the one year of fame that one needs to leverage...so I would refrain to comment upon the same....however, I do intend to seek support of those who have cleared the final exams. And remind them that this world is round...so it never happens that once you have passed the post, it would never com back again staring at you....it is not about to whom injustice is being done to. It is about the very fact that injustice is being done...being a mute spectator is nothing but the easiest of all the jobs...

Jose, regarding ICAI raiding, i doubt if that is true. For raiding, it should be authorised by Criminal procedure code or by any statute or act. I dont think ICAI has power to raid, or search etc. Someone must have given u false info regarding this.Only thing ICAI can do is to take disciplinary action against members/students after conducting enquiry. And hey, we have good news. ICAI has given warning against principals not to extract work more than 35 hrs per week. So we have very strong case to cause trouble against erring members legally.
