Dummie Articleship is the short cut for success in CA exams

This has been going on for a number of years now.It is commendable of you to have actualy found out the percentage of successful students who pass the exams with dummy articles.But let me tell you one thing,the exposure and practical experience that you gain from your articles is definitely a positive as compared to the students who take the other way round.Do not be upset about people doing it the illegal way but try to mend yourself according to the situation.Taking an action on this will take a considerable amount of time which a student cannot afford to lose.Its very nice of you to have brought up the issue though.Even I feel the Institute should look seriously into the matter!!!

In long run, teh dummy articleship does not help you...

Its the experience that matters

I dont think the dummy articles percentage will be as you have specified.  Many people do articles. If such is a % of dummy candidates then how do CAs who are in practice get their work done.

I really appreciate you for raising such a debating issue. Overloking on this matter by the ICAI is creating a sort of FRAUSTRATION among the students  who are taking the practical Training seriously causing insufficient exam leave and thereby more attempts to clear the exams.

No doubt that even by doing articleship some students are clearing in the first attempt but the is a huge mass of people who are doing doing articleship and preaparing for exams for more than 2 years even.

Secondly dummy students prapare for for long time while others prepare for few months. Thus if institute declares tight results like 5%-- 6% then dummy studentds get cleared first. THen morale of such dummy students boosts up. While non dummy students has to suffer due to attempt.

Dear frens lets discuss this . Raise the matter to the institute again. In fact instuitute is well aware about this fact but silent about this. The trend of dummy articleship during 2 nd and 3rd year of articleship is 

Delhi ------- 80%

Chennai - 60%

Kolkata  -- 50 %

Mumbai -- 15 %

If anybody objects on this fact he/she is no doubt DUMMY.

Lets take the help of CACLUB on eliminating this issue.

so no articles no exp

no exp no good CA

no good CA

u may get in to job

but u have to suffer

 a aa a a lot

so this our icai know well so it is leving that to student to decide and

if he want to suffer after a hard work to clear Exam

let me suffer

if you clear CA with dummy no use

I don't want to challenge the figures that you have provided but will surely like to know the source of it coz if you really want the Institute to take it seriously then you will have to provide authentic information to them.

Although dummie articleship maybe the secret of passing exams.....I am aware of people who are in top 10 list of all India CA rankers doing regular articleship.
 

Its really surprising to see that so many students are leaving this golden chance of learning. I think the attitude of students should be priority for knowledge and not just mere passing of exams.

But, it is because of the institute's framework that students are encouraged to do dummy articleship. They have given all powers to their memebers, be it leave, working hours, transfer or pursuing any other course including bcom....its upto employer to decide. This is definitely against democracy.

this is really thinking todays people ca is also a shortcut course like any other course but it is really wrong becauseit is a fully a practical course.

IAM ALSO STUDENT LIKE U BUT UR THINKING IS NOT GOOD BECAUSE A GOOD CA DO NOT GIVE DUMMY SO I THINK U GET TIME PREPARATION EXAM TIME . 

Dummy articleship must be stopped by ICAI at any cost otherwise CAs will sure to loose their value in the market & be comparable with BComs/MComs.

if u do not have the the courage to stand up to ur friend and report his name to ICAI , the bl**dy as well stop.

U might have argued that i ADVICED him.mits no use.

do some investigative job. as ur frind his friends who are doign DUMMY.

report their SRO nos. take zerox copy of ur compliant and do the FOllow up.

INstead of sitting in ur office and bragging aboput DUMMY articleship.

we have articleship to complete, the to study for exam, and some little bit of entertainment movies, going out etc...

why shopuld we be bothere about some guy who is doing a dummy,

Yes man you are absolutely right there are many pe-2 and more number of pe-1 students who go for dummy Articleship with the help of friends or their relatives.

But the big thing is that CA will never say that he has given Dummy Articleship to any one.

Even my own previous Employer has given to 2 of them who are CA finalist whole time and what he was actually saying to us that he is going to some other place for work but he never mentioned the PLACE, COMPANY NAME AND WHAT KIND OF WORK ABOUT WHICH I AM 100% SURE OF IT NO MATTER HE SAYS TO ME OR THE OTHER ARTICLES AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN THOSE ARTICLES COMING EVEN A SINGLE DAY THEY JUST CAME FOR 2 TIMES JUST TO MEET HIM.

I THINK THAT ICAI SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
