VAT RETURNS - 21st of every month for previous month - payment of tax and 30/31 for return filing , for quarterly 21st of next month following the end of quarter and for half yearly 21st of next month following the end of half year
Service Tax Returns - Half yearly returns needs to be filed before 25th of the month following the end of the half year
ROC compliance - Submit Form 23AC within 30days of end of AGM , Submit Form 20B within 60 days of end of AGM
VAT Audit report to be submitted for 11-12 before 31st Jan 2013
Tax Audit report to be submitted for 11-12 before 30th Sept 2012
Statutory Audit report to be submitted for 11-12 before 30th Sept 2012
Income tax returns to be submitted before 31st July for Individuals,Huf (11-12)
Income tax returns to be submitted before 30th Sept for other persons (11-12)
