Due date to file Itr of the director
if the person who is the director of a company which is covered under audit , what is the due date to file ITR for f.y 2019-2020

10.1.21 with 234a interest if payment made more than rs 1lac u/s 140a.
Last date was 10.1.2021
If Director having income as partner or proprietorship business income under tax audit then date will be 15-02-2021
If company have tax audit then due date is 15th February otherwise the data is 10th of January
