Due date of ITR as a legal heir in case of death of individual

Is there a different due date of filing ITR for the deceased as a legal heir or the normal applicable to all?

Quick Summary
When an individual passes away, the due date for filing their Income Tax Return (ITR) as a legal heir depends on the deceased's income sources and their previous tax filing category. It's not a universally different date but is determined by factors like business income or other sources, often aligning with the normal applicable deadlines. Checking the latest filed ITR is recommended to understand the specific requirements.

Depending upon composition of income of deceased person, due date will be determined.
Depends on situation
Due date of an assesse depends on the following:
a)source of income
b) category of the assesse.

Source of income is from business, and other sources.

ITR 4 or ITR3
PLEASE check latest ITR return filed. And continue that
I think normal dates will applicable
