What is the due date of GSTR 3B for May. portal shows 20 July

I guess you meant 20th June. There is no change in the due date but there is waiver of late fee and interest for specified period.

I think, there is only waiver of late fee. There is no waiver of interest.

For the taxpayers having turnover up to Rs.5 cr, no interest for first 15 days from the due date. You may refer the link.
