FORM GSTR-1 :
As per Notification No. 53/2020 - Central Tax, dated 24th June 2020, the due date to file FORM GSTR-1 without Late Fees for the taxpayers having Aggregate Turnover more than Rs. 1.5 crores ( Monthly Filers ) is :
APRIL 2020 : 24th July 2020.
MAY 2020 : 28th July 2020.
FORM GSTR-3B :
As per Notification No. 51/2020 - Central Tax, dated 24th June 2020, the due date to file FORM GSTR-3B without Late Fees and Interest / Reduced Rate of Interest is as follows :
APRIL 2020 : 4th June 2020.
MAY 2020 : 27th June 2020.
• Nil Interest for First 15 days from the due date,
• 9% p.a thereafter till June 24, 2020,
• 18% p.a thereafter from June 25, 2020.
