Due date for vat returns

Hello Friends,

What is due date for uploading Nil or Refund cases VAT returns, for all types of periodicity..?

If i paid  VAT on or before 30th oct. 2012 for six monthly periodicity assessee, Should i get additional 10 days for uploading E-return..?

FOR QUARTERLY

 PAYMENT  
Tax Payable Rs. 1,00,000/- to 10,00,000/-  
     
Month          Due on          
April to June 21th July
July to Sept 21th October
Oct to Dec 21th January
Jan to Mar 21th April
     
FOR HALF YEARLY PAYMENT 
Tax Payable less - than Rs. 1,00,000/  
Month          Due on          
April to Sept 30th October
Oct to Mar 30th April
