As per Notification No. 41/2020 - Central Tax, dated 05th May 2020, the due date to file Annual Return in FORM GSTR-9 & Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report in FORM GSTR-9C for the FY 2018-19 has been extended to "30th September 2020 ( 30/09/2020 )."
Is this date applicable for small taxpayers upto 2 cr. ?
Yes, this due date is for all the taxpayers.
