kindly provide the due date for filing of return of income for individual for AY 2009-10 for ITR-4

1) 31ST JULY 2009 IN CASE OF NON AUDIT & 2) 30TH SEP.2009 IN CASE OF AUDIT
Extension for audit cases was provided for PUNE SATARA area by one month.
Not possible now.
