Yes Harshit Sir it has been extended to 30.06.2020 subject to certain conditions.

In the 39th GST Council Meeting, it was decided that "Where registrations have been cancelled till 14.03.2020, application for filing Revocation of Cancellation of Registration can be filed up to "30.06.2020".

A Press Release was issued on 14.03.2020. It is available in the official website of the GST Council. You can refer that Sir.

As per Notification 35/2020 CT , it's 30/6/2020 & Moreover Section 30 of CGST Act is not mentioned under para 1(b)
