I cleared both groups of IPCC in November 2014. What would be the due date for final exams if I register as an article in May/June 2015 (i.e. not complying with the april 30 rule of ICAI)? Would it be May '18 or November '18?

To be eligible for CA Final Exams, you need to complete 2.5 years/30 months of articleship.

If you commence your articled training on/before 01.05.2015, then you will be eligible for Nov 2017 Exams.

Also, ICAI has proposed that in order to be eligible for final exams, 3 yrs. of articleship is necessary. If this draft gets passed, are there any chances of it affecting the due date in my case?
