In this budget 2008 declare that due date of audit now 30 sep instead of 31 oct.
this is applicable from which Assessment year 2008-09 or 2009-10 ?

AY 2008-09 for sure.
no confusion every amendment made through the finance bill will come into effect with effect from the date specified in the budget. i thick it is for the A.Y.2008-09
