my frnd applied a pan(new) and got it linked vth aadhaar but he already had a pan (old).so he surrenderd new one ....and the old one is given to employer and has income from salary on vch tds is deducted by employer....how to link this old pan vth adhar and how to delink new one vth aadhar.....

Hi @ akhil!
as he already surrendered new pan, it's better to link old PAN with aadhar by paying Rs.1000 and any way TDS also deducted on old PAN.
I think it's best option as per my opinion.

while linking old one vth aadhaar its showing as new pan is linked vth adhar....thats wat the issue is....read my questn once again

You will have to submit a letter to the department for delink aadhar with pan ( new one ) , it's a little bit of a lengthy procedure but once it's delink you can link it with your original pan no.
