Dual pan issue
my frnd applied a pan(new) and got it linked vth aadhaar but he already had a pan (old).so he surrenderd new one ....and the old one is given to employer and has income from salary on vch tds is deducted by employer....how to link this old pan vth adhar and how to delink new one vth aadhar.....

It's better to surrender it.

as he already surrendered new pan, it's better to link old PAN with aadhar by paying Rs.1000 and any way TDS also deducted on old PAN.
I think it's best option as per my opinion.

You will have to submit a letter to the department for delink aadhar with pan ( new one ) , it's a little bit of a lengthy procedure but once it's delink you can link it with your original pan no.

THERE I HAVE ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT ONCE THE DELINK PROCESS IS COMPLETE THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO APPLY FOR AADHAR PAN LINK ................ GOT IT ??
