DTVSV - non receipt of form 5
Sir, based on the form 3, we have settled the amount in form 4, but till today we have not received the form 5, in the portal it says that " awaiting sighed form 5 from CT". so, is there a limitation period prescribed in DTVSV, which says that if form 5 is not received by so and so date, then it is deemed to be received. kindly enlighten .

There is no "deemed receipt" rule for Form 5 in the DTVSV scheme. If you have completed your payments and submitted Form 3, you should proactively follow up with the Designated Authority and inform the concerned Appellate Authority of the status of your settlement.
