Dear Sir,
We opted for DTVSV and accordingly Form-3 is issued and paid the amount and filed the Form-4 in the month of May 2021. But, till today the status is “awaiting signed form 5 from CIT”. So I would like to make a grievance, but I could not find any option for making the grievance in that particular TAB. Hence, kindly help me out as to in which TAB, I can make the grievance.

To file the grievance, log into the Income Tax portal, go to the top Grievances menu > Submit Grievance, select Income Tax Department, choose your Jurisdictional Assessing Officer (JAO) or Pr. CIT, pick the sub-category for DTVSV / Form 5 delay, and submit your request with your Form 3 and Form 4 attached.
